Pre-launch version — no subscriptions, payments, or tablet purchases are currently accepted.
1. Pre-launch
Purchase buttons are disabled and payment interfaces are blocked. A demo request or message to Cadanza does not constitute a purchase.
2. Future plan changes
An upgrade should be able to take effect immediately after confirmation. A downgrade should take effect at the next renewal. Final rules will be shown before subscription.
3. Future cancellation
Cancelling a subscription should prevent its next renewal while maintaining access through the paid period, subject to rights under applicable law.
4. Tablets sold
Cadanza tablets will be sold and owned by the client. Sales will be final for a simple change of mind. This never limits legal warranties or remedies for a defective, dangerous, or non-conforming product.
5. Errors and duplicate payments
Duplicate billing or an error attributable to Cadanza will be reviewed and corrected. Timelines, evidence, and refund methods will be specified before payments open.
6. Future rental option
Any future tablet rental will have separate terms covering ownership, return, device condition, and fees. No rental is currently offered.
